Job summary

Trillium Construction Services is hiring an Assistant Project Manager / Project Admin for a long-term role in La Mesa, NM. The position supports utility-scale solar projects, handling paperwork, reporting, safety and quality documentation on-site.

Expect 40–55 hour weeks with pay up to $30/hour. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of construction experience, familiarity with safety guidelines, and proficiency in Outlook/Excel/Word/Teams; ProCore knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years construction experience.
• Familiar with construction activity and safety guidelines.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams; ProCore a plus.
• First aid trained a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep paperwork tidy and organized.
• Count and fill out forms to track material items delivered to the site.
• Fill out documents on computer and paper reporting.
• Monitor, report and document safety to EDF staff.
• Monitor, report and document quality.
• Fill out daily report.
