Responsibilities

• Monitor and direct construction traffic entering and leaving the site
• Inspect, track, and document construction quality control for carpentry, ironworker, and electrical construction associated with piles, racking, electrical, and civil
• Fill out daily report, quality observations, and inspection deficiencies in Procore
• Material and equipment receiving, performing material counts and inspections via photo documentation
• Efficient at keeping paperwork in a tidy manner and using cell phone / iPad apps and computer online systems
• Count and fill out forms to track material items delivered to the site
• Fill out documents on computer and paper reporting, organized, and attention to detail
• Monitor, report, and document safety to EDF staff
• Light maintenance / site cleaning / debris pickup

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• 3+ years construction, production / construction management experience desired
• Familiar with construction activity and safety guidelines / safety PPE
• Mechanically inclined with construction experience
• Ability to use and read a tape measure, read blueprints, equipment manuals
• Electrical experience a plus
• Carpentry experience a plus
• Minimum of OSHA 10
• First aid trained a plus
• Computer skills required (Procore, MS Teams, Outlook preferred)
• Any skilled trades experience training a plus
