Overview

Trillium Construction is now hiring an Assistant Project Manager / Project Admin in La Mesa, NM. Our client specializes in utility scale solar projects and they are currently hiring for a Project Administrator in La Mesa, NM. This is a long term role lasting through the end of 2027 paying up to $30/hr working 40-55 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Efficient at keeping paperwork in a tidy manner
• Count and fill out forms to track material items delivered to the site
• Fill out documents on computer and paper reporting
• Monitor, report and document safety to EDF staff
• Monitor, report and document quality
• Fill out daily report

Qualifications

• 1-3 years construction experience
• Familiar with construction activity and safety guidelines
• Electrical experience a plus
• Carpentry experience a plus
• Minimum of OSHA 10
• First aid trained a plus
• Computer skills required (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and ProCore a plus
• Any skilled trades experience training a plus.
