Qualifications

• 1–2 years construction or solar project experience.
• Experience with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar platforms.
• Experience with daily reports, timesheets, delivery tracking, and project documentation.
• Familiarity with solar construction activities, including site preparation, racking, module installation, electrical work, and commissioning.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Manager and Project Manager with daily site operations and coordination.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, logs, and site documentation.
• Track daily project progress including manpower, equipment, materials, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel as needed.
• Monitor material deliveries and ensure proper storage and organization.
• Maintain site schedules and communicate updates to the team.
