Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead solar construction and related infrastructure projects on our Sullivan, Indiana jobsite. You will plan, supervise, and deliver projects from inception to completion, coordinating schedules, budgets, safety, and quality with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients.

Responsibilities include extensive project documentation, regulatory compliance, risk management, and strong on-site leadership to ensure client expectations are met

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2–4 years of related experience.
• Commitment to safety and knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Strong knowledge of construction and solar industry practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools and scheduling software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and supervise construction and solar projects from inception to completion.
• Project scheduling, budget management, workforce coordination, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project objectives and maintain safety and quality.
• Oversee contract negotiation, procurement, and document management.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and on-site safety protocols.
