Job summary

Cinterra is hiring Solar Construction Laborers for the Paloma Solar Project in Columbus, TX. You will support solar construction by assisting with equipment, preparing and cleaning sites, and aiding heavy equipment operators on busy job sites.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and the ability to work in physically demanding conditions, with potential for travel and extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• At least two years of construction experience (required).
• High School diploma or GED (required).
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations (required).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required).
• Ability to travel frequently and work long and/or extended hours.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials up to 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment on job sites and support heavy equipment operators.
• Prepare and clean job sites to maintain a safe work environment.
• Support construction crew in daily tasks and site logistics.
