Job summary

Qualifications

• At least two years of construction experience required.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate safety as a core value across the project sites.
• Assist supervisors with completing assigned tasks.
• Safely operate tampers, jackhammers, and other equipment.
• Dig carefully with shovels, picks and digging bars to locate utilities.
• Report repairs to foreman and assist in equipment maintenance.
• Assist in operating heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies.
• Restore excavations at the end of installations.
• Drive or operate equipment when licensed and required.
• Clean and maintain company vehicles when used.
• Assist Foreman with daily reports and project documentation.
• Coordinate actions with other workers on solar sites.
• Provide support to other divisions as needed.
