You will help load/unload materials and ensure safety standards on diverse job sites. Required two years of construction experience, a high school diploma or GED, and OSHA familiarity; valid driver's license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• At least two years of construction experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations.
• OSHA training and certifications preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to work long and/or extended hours including weekends and travel frequently.
• Requires working knowledge of equipment (preferred).
• Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate safety as a core value and support the corporate safety program.
• Assist supervisors with completing tasks.
• Safely operate tampers, jackhammers, and other equipment.
• Dig with shovel/picks to locate utilities.
• Report repairs to foreman.
• Assist in operating heavy equipment per safety policies.
• Restore excavations after installation.
• Drive or operate equipment when licensed, as needed.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• Receive, store, and protect project materials and equipment; report shortages/damages.
• Assist Foreman on managing installations from start to finish.
• Coordinate actions with other workers on busy solar sites.
• Provide accurate daily reports; support other divisions.
• Demonstrate professional demeanor on site.
