Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials up to 50 pounds or more.

These individuals will support solar construction projects by performing a variety of tasks on job sites, including assisting with equipment, preparing and cleaning sites, and supporting heavy equipment operators. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, reliable, and able to work in physically demanding environments.

What You’ll Need

• At least two years of construction experience (required)
• High School diploma or GED (required)
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations (required)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work long and/or extended hours, including weekends, and travel frequently
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 pounds or more)
• Physical endurance for bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
• Agility to navigate construction sites, including climbing ladders and scaffolding
• Ability to work in confined spaces and various weather conditions
• Manual dexterity, good balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination
