Job summary

Cinterra is seeking Construction Laborers to join their team in Wilcox, Arizona. These individuals will support solar and electrical utility projects by performing a variety of tasks on job sites. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, reliable, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers the chance to contribute to renewable energy projects while engaging in hands-on construction work, including long hours, travel, and teamwork in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• At least two years of construction experience (required).
• High School diploma or GED (required).
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations (required).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work long and/or extended hours, including weekends, and travel frequently.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 pounds or more).
• Physical endurance for bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Agility to navigate construction sites, including climbing ladders and scaffolding.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity, good balance, and hand-eye coordination.
