Job summary

CINTERRA is seeking a Construction Laborer to support solar and electrical utility projects. You will prepare and clean job sites, operate hand and power tools, and assist in loading/unloading equipment and materials.

This role requires teamwork, safety-first mindset, and flexibility to travel to job sites. Responsibilities include assisting Foreman with daily tasks, operating equipment per safety guidelines, and helping restore excavations after installation.

Qualifications

• Two years of construction experience is required.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• OSHA regulations familiarity is required; OSHA training/certifications preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be willing to work long hours and travel frequently.
• Working knowledge of construction equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate safety as a core value and support the safety program.
• Assist supervisors with completing tasks and coordinating with team.
• Safely operate tampers, jackhammers and other equipment.
• Dig with shovels and digging bars to locate utilities.
• Report equipment repairs to the foreman.
• Assist in operating heavy equipment following safety policies.
• Restore excavations after installations are complete.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of tools and materials.
• Provide daily reports and support Foreman to ensure on-time completion.
