Job summary

Overland Contracting Inc. seeks a qualified Foreman/Carpenter for a Mulberry, Florida solar project. You will direct form work, rebar, embeds and anchor bolts, coordinating the crew to deliver quality concrete structures on time.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, scheduling, and guiding crews to meet plans and specifications. Prior NCCER certifications are highly valued; strong leadership and field communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Carpenter with experience in concrete structures and form erection.
• Must have tools and be able to lay out with auto-level and transit.
• Complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, MVR) as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise form work, rebar, embeds and anchor bolts for concrete structures.
• Coordinate lead crafts, ensure safety, schedule and quality per plans and specs.
• Inspect subcontractors and crew performance, mentor workers, and ensure proper use of tools.
