Qualifications include 4+ years leading teams, ability to read technical drawings, and safety certifications such as OSHA-10; forklift and first-aid are a plus. Strong MS Office skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision for the team members.
• Lead production team with focus on safety and quality per regulations and policies.
• Develop work instructions and cross-training plans.
• Provide on-the-job training and lead by example.
• Drive continuous improvement of KPI (Safety, Quality, Customer Service, Cost).
• Adjust schedules and workload balance as required by the operation.
• Monitor supply inventory levels and coordinate reorders when needed.
