Job summary

R.Power is seeking a Construction Engineer to support project management and ensure proper execution of PV and BESS projects across sites in Poland. The role requires collaboration with the Supervisor, Project Manager, and various internal teams to maintain schedules and quality.

The ideal candidate holds an electrical engineering degree, has at least one year of relevant experience, and is fluent in English (B2).

Qualifications

• Higher education in electrical engineering.
• Minimum one-year experience in a similar position.
• Independence and responsibility in engineering.
• Willingness to travel for business trips.
• Good organisation: plan, coordinate activities, set priorities, punctuality and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office and English at B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Support and direct cooperation with the Supervisor and Project Manager.
• Participation in ensuring proper execution of PV and BESS projects.
• Site inspections across the country.
• Coordinating communication and checking contractors.
• Monitoring of project implementation based on the schedule and reporting progress.
• Communication and cooperation with the project team and other departments.
• Participation in preparation of documentation and necessary analyses.
