Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certificate preferred.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience; internal candidates must have 60 internal training credits.
• Experience in warehousing, textiles, agriculture, or material inspection is noted.
• Military electrical/mechanical/chemical experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety procedures and maintains good housekeeping.
• Operates and maintains tools and equipment to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Completes training in required timeframe and provides on‑the‑job training.
• Performs maintenance with hand tools and instrumentation; operates forklift/crane when certified.
• Collaborates with cross‑functional teams and reports process data for SPC.
