Job summary

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, alarm handling, and providing basic training to teammates as needed, with emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• External candidates must have a high school diploma or GED.
• An associate degree or technical certificate is preferred.
• Two or more years in manufacturing is required or substitutable via related experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates and maintains tools and equipment to meet quality and productivity goals.
• Performs basic maintenance and troubleshooting within approved timeframes.
• Monitors process data and alarms to maintain process control.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to run tests and resolve issues.
• Provides on-the-job training to teammates when requested.
• Ensures inventory levels and waste disposal follow procedures.
• Adheres to safety procedures and maintains clean, organized work areas.
