AES Corporation seeks an experienced Project Scheduler to support the AES Scheduling team. You will develop, maintain, and optimize schedules for utility-scale renewable projects (PV, BESS, HV) across development, pre-construction and execution.

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment, deliver status reports with KPIs and critical-path updates, and drive schedule integrity through risk mitigation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficient in scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) and MS Office.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical thinking capabilities.
• Experience in risk identification, analysis, and mitigation.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and adopting new technologies.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes.

Responsabilités

• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of scheduling trends and tools.
• Collaborates with project managers to align objectives.
• Provides backup to schedulers and enforces project controls.
• Develops and updates project schedules with KPIs and risk assessments.
• Tracks progress, identifies deviations, and recommends corrective actions.
• Leads scheduling meetings and communicates performance and risks.
• Supports estimating and labor compliance teams.
