Job summary

Enervia LLC is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain schedules for utility-scale Solar and BESS construction projects. The role collaborates with project managers, construction managers, field supervision, engineering, procurement, and project controls to reflect the plan, field progress, procurement requirements, milestones, and forecasted completion.

The ideal candidate has strong Microsoft Project experience and a practical understanding of construction sequencing, able to apply

Qualifications

3+ years of construction scheduling, project planning, or related experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project.
Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, activity logic, float, milestones, and schedule updating.
Ability to translate field progress into accurate schedule updates and forecasts.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed baseline and project schedules in Microsoft Project.
Build schedules using WBS, activity logic, durations, milestones, procurement, and commissioning requirements.
Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning milestones into project schedules.
Update schedules weekly using field progress, quantities, dates, and remaining durations.
Monitor critical path, float, milestones, schedule variance, and delays; communicate risks to leadership.
