Job summary

OE Solar is seeking a Project Coordinator to deliver commercial solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate project logistics, procurement, schedules, inspections, documentation, and cross-functional communication to help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, field staff logistics, project timelines and day-to-day needs.
• Assist Project Manager with project execution and workforce allocation.
• Monitor progress and ensure milestones are met.
• Maintain project logs and documentation through Buildertrend.
• Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, customers and internal teams.
• Support permit submissions and compliance with codes and AHJ.
