A leading national EPC company is seeking a BESS Electrical Assistant Superintendent to coordinate and supervise electrical installation on utility solar projects. This role involves managing quality control, overseeing contractors, and ensuring compliance with specifications. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, at least 2 years of experience with medium voltage systems, and possess strong leadership skills. This position requires extensive travel across multiple states and offers a full-time, salaried classification.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with medium voltage equipment and installation.
• Proficiency in installing, testing, and maintaining medium voltage cables.
• Knowledge of testing methods such as Hi-pot and Megger.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high-quality installation of electrical components.
• Provide oversight and collaboration on project drawings and specifications.
• Manage quality control of work teams including self-performed and subcontracted tasks.
• Participate in project meetings to liaise between field engineers and contractors.

Conhecimentos

Medium voltage equipment experience
