Job summary

McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. is seeking a Post-Construction Assistant Superintendent to support the field team across our utility-scale PV/BESS portfolio.

You will assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance, repairs, and outages, under the post-construction lead Superintendent. Responsibilities include supervising field technicians, documenting work, ensuring safety and environmental compliance, and traveling to sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and supervision with Superintendent and field technicians.
• Participate in warranty/maintenance meetings.
• Document findings and reporting to management.
• Promote safety culture and enforce safety procedures.
• Support root-cause investigations and field data collection.
• Travel to sites as needed and supervise contractors.
