Job summary

Green Recruitment Company is hiring Assistant Construction Managers for contract assignments on solar and BESS construction projects nationwide. You will support the Construction Manager by coordinating day-to-day site delivery, subcontractor activity and reporting across active work fronts.

Role requires construction management or field supervision experience on renewables projects, a degree in construction management or engineering, OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and familiarity with Procore or

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management or field supervision on renewables projects.
• Strong coordination of subcontractors and site logistics.
• Ability to track progress, productivity, and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of submittals, RFIs, documentation, and reporting.

Responsibilities
