Job summary

Moss is seeking a Solar Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager in administering and coordinating solar construction projects across multi-state locations. The role focuses on contract administration, procurement, scheduling, and RFI processes within a dynamic leadership team.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in a construction-related field and at least 3 years in solar construction, with strong communication and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in construction-related field required.
• 3+ years as Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager in solar construction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with construction project management software.
• Experience interfacing with owners, A/E teams, and authorities.
• Finance basics and ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM in administrative and technical project management tasks.
• Support contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and scheduling.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Prepare and manage cost reports, requisitions, and cash flow.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors.
• Maintain filing systems, RFI processes, and document control.
• Support closeout, occupancy certificates, and warranties.
