Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking an Asset Performance and Value Assurance Manager to protect and maximize the economic value of third-party owned assets on our servicing platform.

You will oversee end-to-end performance obligations, value realization, and governance across assets and portfolios. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field; 5–8 years in asset management or energy services.
• Experience managing performance obligations (guarantees, SLAs, incentives, revenue-sharing).
• Solar industry experience and end-to-end understanding of TPO products.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with Servicing, Asset Management, Operations, Finance, Legal, and external vendors.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to quantify exposure and prevent value leakage.

Responsibilities

• Own ongoing performance oversight for TPO in-service assets, ensuring assets perform in line with contractual, programmatic, and financial expectations.
• Establish and maintain performance benchmarks, variance thresholds, and escalation protocols at asset and portfolio levels; quantify financial exposure from underperformance.
• Own performance guarantee obligations across the TPO portfolio, including interpretation, tracking, and enforcement.
• Coordinate remediation efforts with servicing teams, O&M providers, installers, insurers, and asset owners.
• Produce regular reporting for senior leadership on performance trends, financial exposure, recoveries, and risks.
