Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking an Asset Performance and Value Assurance Manager responsible for protecting and maximizing the value of third‑party owned assets on the servicing platform.

You will own end‑to‑end oversight of performance obligations and value realization mechanisms, focusing on preventing leakage and recovering underperformance. The ideal candidate is strategic with deep solar knowledge and strong stakeholder management, coordinating across Servicing, Asset

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/operations.
• 5–8 years in asset management/operations in energy services.
• Experience managing performance-driven contractual obligations (guarantees, SLAs, incentives).
• Solar industry experience with end-to-end TPO products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own ongoing performance oversight for TPO in-service assets, ensuring alignment with contractual/financial expectations.
• Establish benchmarks, thresholds, and escalation protocols; quantify financial exposure from underperformance.
• Oversee performance guarantee obligations across the TPO portfolio and enforce them.
• Coordinate remediation with servicing teams, O&M providers, installers, insurers, and asset owners.
• Produce leadership reports on performance trends, recoveries, and risks; ensure audit readiness.
