Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking an Asset Performance and Value Assurance Manager to protect and maximize the value of TPO assets onboarded to our servicing platform.

You will own end-to-end performance obligations, value realization mechanisms, and remediation across the portfolio. The ideal candidate has solar industry experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to build scalable, process-driven programs with robust controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 5–8 years in asset management or energy services.
• Experience managing performance-driven contractual obligations (guarantees, SLAs, incentives).
• Solar industry experience and end-to-end understanding of TPO products.
• Ability to lead cross-functionally while meeting goals.
• Strong analytical/financial acumen to quantify exposure and prevent leakage.
• Proven ability to build and operate process-driven programs with clear controls.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own ongoing performance oversight for TPO in-service assets.
• Establish benchmarks, thresholds, and escalation for assets/portfolio.
• Manage performance guarantees across the TPO portfolio.
• Coordinate remediation with servicing, O&M providers, insurers, and asset owners.
• Produce regular senior leadership reports on performance and risks.
• Ensure audit-ready processes and scalable controls.
