Qualifications

• Knowledge of utility-scale solar PV systems and performance analytics.
• Experience with budgeting, cash flow, PPA and financing documents.
• Familiarity with project agreements and interconnections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial oversight across asset portfolio including P&L, revenue, and cost controls.
• Lead commercial negotiations, risk assessments, and contract management.
• Supervise daily technical operations and coordination with O&M providers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain auditable project documentation.
