Job summary

Madison Energy Infrastructure is looking for a Regional Asset Manager to oversee 100-150 commercial solar sites. The role includes ensuring site performance, safety, and effective vendor management, ideally suited for candidates with journeyman-level experience in solar systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing solar projects or O&M contracts.
• Familiarity with solar testing (thermals, megger, IR).
• Willingness to travel and walk sites.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain asset management strategies.
• Coordinate and hold contractors accountable.
• Review and interpret maintenance reports.

Skills

Journeyman-level field experience with C&I solar systems

Vendor management skills

Clear communication and organization

Ability to read electrical diagrams

Education

5+ years of professional experience

Knowledge of OSHA 10/30 and NFPA70E
