Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking skilled workers to fabricate, assemble and test solar arrays and mechanisms, including wiring, bonding and inspection. You will read engineering drawings and work from shop orders to complete subassemblies and final assemblies for flight structures.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in solar array and mechanism classifications.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, shop sketches and blueprints.
• Must possess all certifications as required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, test and rework solar array structures and mechanisms.
• Layout, fabrication, assembly, installation operations for solar arrays and mechanisms.
• Perform electrical tests, wiring/soldering, FCC installation, and mechanical assembly.
