About Us:

At Green Ridge Solar, we're on the lookout for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals driven by sales success. If you're looking to not only make a good living but also expand your skills, our solar advisor team is the place to be. Our office environment is characterized by its fun, fast-paced, business-casual, and friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with potential customers to generate appointments for our Energy Consultants through phone outreach.

Qualifications:

1. Previous Call Center or Sales experience is a plus but not required.
2. Exceptional phone communication skills.
3. Inbound and outbound calling experience is advantageous.
4. Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
5. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
6. Outgoing personality.
7. Punctuality is essential.
8. Ability to make 120+ calls in a single day.
9. Proficient in handling objections with professionalism.

What We Offer:

Our compensation package includes an hourly wage ranging from $18 to $20, coupled with generous incentives. The sky's the limit for your incentive earnings, as your hard work directly translates into more income. We also provide full health, dental, and vision benefits after 30 days, along with a 401k plan.

All applicants are required to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks and a drug test.

Working Hours:

1. Full-time positions available.
2. Shifts: Monday-Friday, weekend and evening hours available.
3. Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM.
