Engineering Consulting Service is seeking a Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Soils Laboratory Technician to join the Richmond team. This role offers paid training and requires no prior experience. As a technician, you will perform laboratory tests under supervision, supporting tasks in a clean and organized environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The expected pay is between $17-$19/hour, determined by individual qualifications.

Qualifications

• No prior experience needed, paid training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per day.
• Valid driver's license required if driving for ECS.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic laboratory tests on soil and construction material samples.
• Assist with sample preparation and testing procedures.
• Compile test results and maintain documentation.
• Support calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
