Job summary

NOVO Health Services is a healthcare linen management provider focused on safety and infection control. The role sorts healthcare linen into categories and load sizes as designated by management, supporting efficient processing and cost control in a hospital setting.

We emphasize safety, proper PPE, and adherence to guidelines as essential duties for a full-time associate within our HLAC-accredited processing facilities.

Qualifications

• Requires repetitive motion.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist and reach.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Able to push or pull a cart that may weigh up to 300 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Move loaded carts to different areas of the facility.
• Operate machinery so that soiled linen is evenly distributed on the linen belt
• Sort soiled linen into classifications established by management
• Wear appropriate PPE and adhere to safety guidelines

Position Summary: Responsible for the sorting of health care linen into categories and load sizes as designated by management.
