Honeywell is seeking a Sr Director to lead Software Business Transformation from Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA on a hybrid schedule. You will shape the Accelerator operating system, translate strategy into transformation programs, and drive end-to-end improvements across the software business model.

Reporting to the VP Accelerator, this role requires senior leadership acumen and collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership roles in a global matrixed setting.
Experience in a Software business model.

Responsibilities

Lead and optimize the Software Accelerator Global Design Model (GDM) and related KPI reporting.
Ensure GDM compliance with Controllership and Audit to meet minimum standards.
Drive end-to-end transformation across commercial initiatives, PM, software engineering, and R&D with a focus on S4 Hana and customer success.
Develop strategies aligned to business objectives and sustainable growth.
Provide guidance and mentorship for software teams.

As Sr Director of Software Business Transformation at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and optimizing the Accelerator operating system for the Software Business Model. You will develop and execute the Software Accelerator strategy, working across the end-to-end value chain with functional GDM leadership to deploy and integrate business processes. A successful candidate must be capable of translating business strategic objectives into transformation initiatives to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage. Your leadership and expertise will help drive commercial and operational excellence, enhance customer experiences, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

You will report directly to our VP Accelerator, and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and optimize the Software Accelerator Global Design Model (GDM); including Standardized Processes, leading Software Accelerator Day presentations, KPI reporting, deploying and driving maturity of GDMs, and maintaining a strong Management Operating System
Ensure compliance to GDM partnering with both Controllership and Audit to assess adherence to minimum standards
Drive transformation and continuous improvement in the software business model end to end with a focus on commercial initiatives, program management, software engineering, R&D, S4 Hana, and customer success
Develop and implement strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on sustainable growth
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship for Software business teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Software and Honeywell Accelerator objectives
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation throughout the Software business model
