As a Software Training & Process Consultant at Main Sequence Technology, you'll guide organizations through transforming their recruitment processes using the PCRecruiter and PCRM applicant tracking software / CRM platform, ensuring they maximize their investment while building lasting relationships along the way. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about technology, customer success, and process optimization who wants to make a direct impact on how businesses operate and succeed. You'll work remotely while partnering with clients nationwide to implement solutions that drive their growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Success & Implementation

• Ensure customer success by acting as a trusted advisor to our customers. Ensuring the software onboarding and customization process meets the customer's goals and offers the full benefits of the PCRecruiter software.
• Design and execute customized implementation plans that align with each client's unique business workflows
• Conduct engaging training sessions via phone, video conference, and screen sharing
• Troubleshoot challenges and provide strategic recommendations for process improvements
  
  

Training & Consultation

• Develop comprehensive training curricula tailored to different user types and organizational needs
• Lead both one-on-one and group training sessions with confidence and expertise
• Create documentation and resources that empower clients to become self-sufficient power users
• Provide ongoing support through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat
  
  

Relationship Building

• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships that drive customer retention and satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs and product improvements
• Identify opportunities for clients to expand their use of our platform
• Serve as the voice of the customer in product development discussions
  
  

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or related field.
• Exceptional communication skills with a professional, confident phone presence.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with natural problem-solving instincts.
• Proficiency with Windows, Mac OS, and web browsers (Chrome experience preferred).
• The ability to effectively manage time and work with multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong team collaboration.
  
  

Preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service, client relations, or technical support experience
• Experience with software training, implementation, or business process improvement
• Previous experience in SaaS, technology, or consulting environments
• Background in training adults or creating educational content
• Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, or business software platforms
