Job summary
Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced Software Test Engineer (Level 2) to support full-lifecycle software testing for mission-critical systems in Columbia, MD. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining test plans, automated test suites, and dedicated test environments, plus coordinating with development teams to validate issues.
Required: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, a CS-related degree with 6+ years' experience, or a Master’s with 4+ years (or 10 years without a
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field and 6+ years of test engineering experience, or
- Master's degree with 4+ years of experience (masters substitutes for 2 years), or
- 10 years of experience without a degree.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, execute, and maintain test plans, cases, and automated suites.
- Configure and maintain dedicated test environments and CI/testing infra.
- Perform I&T, Acceptance, performance, and security testing.
- Develop automated test scripts using Python.
- Document results, log discrepancies, and track remediations through verification.
- Support lab hardware dispatch and troubleshooting workflows.
