Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with at least 2 years (Level 2) or Master’s with 0 years; Level 3 requires 5+ years or 3+ with Master’s.
• Experience defining test objectives from requirements and writing Software Test Plans, procedures, and test reports.
• Advanced hands-on system troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Experience working in a lab environment.
• Current US Government DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Author Software Test Plans, procedures, and test reports.
• Generate test artifacts for developmental, integration, qualification, and acceptance testing.
• Develop automated test approaches for new software capabilities.
• Compile test data, identify gaps, and recommend procedural changes.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and support SW/HW integration in labs.
• Collaborate with SW development teams to document and resolve SW issues.
