Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Northridge, CA, is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer (Level 2) to join the Stand in Attack Weapon (SiAW) program. This 100% on-site role focuses on developing, integrating, and testing software for lab assets within the Operational Flight Program Team.

Basic qualifications include a BS in Engineering and 2+ years embedded software experience; VXWorks RTOS experience; ability to read code and verify implementation to software requirements; and a current US government

Qualifications

BS in an Engineering discipline with 2+ years embedded software experience.
Ability to read code and verify implementations per Software Requirements Specifications.
Current US Government Secret security clearance adjudicated within the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

Implement software based on requirements and bug fixes.
Collaborate with System and Software engineers to develop software architecture models.
Support Verification and Validation of software products to ensure all CSCIs function as intended.
Experience in embedded software development, testing, and system integration.
Develop in RTOS such as vxWorks.
