Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and at least two years of software/test automation experience.
• Experience building automation tools, test scripts, frameworks, or developer utilities.
• Strong Python or similar language programming with clean, reusable code.
• Experience testing, debugging, or troubleshooting software in development or lab environments.
• Familiarity with unit/integration/regression testing concepts and clear pass/fail criteria.
• Experience using Git in a collaborative software environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, debug, and maintain automated test tools, scripts, frameworks, and harnesses.
• Develop automated tests for components, services, and workflows.
• Convert manual tests into automated tests and documented workflows.
• Support automated testing in Linux, Docker, VMs, simulation, and system integration.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD and improve test result visibility.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve test coverage and diagnose issues.
• Document test automation tools and workflows for reuse by the team.
