Adecco is assisting a local client in Pittsburgh, PA, by recruiting a Software Technical Consultant. This on-site role offers exposure to endpoint security, deployment, and remediation within a dynamic team and a culture of growth through Adecco perks.
Responsibilities include managing endpoint remediation from detection to resolution, reviewing findings, deploying updates via Intune and SCCM, scripting with PowerShell, and maintaining CIS-aligned baselines while supporting policy onboarding.

Manage endpoint vulnerability remediation from identification through resolution.
Review security findings from Tenable and implement endpoint-based solutions to eliminate vulnerabilities.
Build, test, and deploy application updates, patches, configuration changes, and remediation packages using Intune and SCCM.
Develop PowerShell scripts for automated detection, remediation, and compliance enforcement.
Package and deploy third-party software updates and application upgrades.
Manage Windows patching through Windows Update for Business, WSUS, and SCCM.
Monitor patch compliance, remediation progress, and vulnerability metrics.
Maintain security baselines and endpoint hardening aligned with CIS Benchmarks and industry standards.
Support device onboarding, co-management, compliance policies, and Conditional Access initiatives.
Validate remediation effectiveness and work with Security teams to address findings and false positives.
Create documentation, deployment procedures, and operational standards to ensure reliable production deployments.
5 + years of experience supporting and engineering Windows endpoints in an enterprise environment
Bachelor's, engineering or higher degree is required
This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
Pay Details: $52.00 per hour
