Job summary

TEKsystems in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Desktop Imaging & Deployment Technician to image, configure, and deploy Windows desktops and laptops, support device refresh and migration projects, and troubleshoot deployment issues.

This onsite contract role requires 3+ years of desktop support experience and familiarity with SCCM/MECM and ServiceNow; you will manage tickets, assets, and documentation, deploy peripherals, and work with IT teams to maintain endpoint standards and security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of desktop support, imaging, or deployment experience.
• Experience with SCCM/MECM and ServiceNow.
• Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

This is a Contract position based out of Pittsburgh, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
