Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, financial due diligence, deal advisory, or management consulting.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skillset.
• Experience working on M&A transactions or principal investments.
• Demonstrated interest in technology, software, or tech-enabled services.
• High attention to detail with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute investments across software and tech-enabled services sectors.
• Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and return scenarios.
• Lead and support due diligence processes, including coordination with third-party advisors.
• Conduct industry research and market mapping to identify investment opportunities.
• Assist in deal structuring, negotiation, and execution.
• Support portfolio company initiatives, including strategic planning and performance analysis.
• Prepare investment memos and materials for internal committees and stakeholders.
