• Represent the firm in presentations with prospective portfolio companies.
• Build financial models for acquisitions.
• Support due diligence analyses, manipulate data obtained from target companies in support of the required analyses.
• Lead drafting of investment committee materials.
• Represent the firm on Board of Directors of a portfolio company
• Support the exit or recapitalizations of portfolio companies.
• Manage and develop junior investors.

Our firm is conducting an investment team search for a private equity firm based in Atlanta. The Senior Associate will play a critical deal support role, mostly focused on evaluating, conducting due diligence, and executing investment transactions, but also involved with portfolio company management. Top performers are eligible for promotion.

TIMING: Immediate
