Qualifications

• 2-4 years of technical sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and expertise with Boolean search.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail-orientation.

Responsibilities

• Find and attract the world's best software engineering talent for our client.
• Utilize deep sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other strategies.
• Embed with one client at a time to understand their culture socially and professionally.
• Partner with senior recruiters to demonstrate the value of strong talent practices.
• Provide top-of-funnel support and assist with hiring events.
