Job summary

OASYS, INC. in Huntsville, AL seeks a Software Systems Engineer to support a US Army program. You will shape requirements, produce technical artifacts, and coordinate across engineering disciplines in an Agile setting.

Responsibilities include leading systems engineering, managing requirements with DOORS, and maintaining system documentation while collaborating with Safety, Test, and Cybersecurity teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience across the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Army Acquisition Life Cycle is a strong plus.
• Strong requirements management and systems engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency with DOORS for requirements and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering activities across the complete software lifecycle in an Agile framework.
• Create, evaluate, and maintain system requirements throughout all phases of the SDLC.
• Work with IBM DOORS to manage requirements data and generate RVMs.
• Collaborate with Software Safety, Test and Cybersecurity teams.
• Develop and sustain clear technical documents and system specifications.
