Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in systems engineering.
• Experience across the software development lifecycle.
• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Army Acquisition Life Cycle knowledge is a strong plus.
• Experience with DOORS and Azure DevOps is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-spectrum systems engineering activities for Precision Fires.
• Manage requirements throughout all lifecycle phases.
• Utilize IBM DOORS for traceability and RVMs.
• Collaborate in Agile Scrum environments using Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate with Software Safety, Test, and Cybersecurity teams.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and system specs.
