The Cloud Support Engineer is responsible for the implementation, support, optimization, and ongoing management of Ingenico's hosted and licensed cloud-based solutions for customers and partners. This role serves as a technical expert, providing deployment support, system administration, troubleshooting, configuration management, and customer onboarding across complex environments. Working closely with customers, internal support teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, the Cloud Solutions Engineer ensures platform reliability, performance, and successful solution adoption while supporting cloud infrastructure, databases, networking components, operating systems, and custom integrations.

In accordance with Ontario pay transparency requirements under Bill 190, the base salary range for this position is CAD $75,000.00 – $85,000.00. Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
