With over 40 years of global experience, Teledyne Monitor Labs specializes in designing and manufacturing continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS), process monitoring, industrial sensors and instruments, ambient monitoring, and software.
Our software support team manages 157 maintenance contracts valued at $1.7 million annually, providing remote services on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Due to resource constraints, we are currently unable to invoice for these services. Our Regulatory Specialist is on vacation in November, and a full-time analyst has recently resigned, leaving us without redundancy in these roles. The remaining on-site analyst also serves as our Software Trainer, and as the team leader, I have absorbed administrative duties, limiting my availability for phone support. The backlog for systems support is high, and we need an additional programmer/analyst to assist with project completion.
As a Software Support Analyst, you will provide remote support to multiple customer facilities regarding environmental recordkeeping and reporting tasks. This role requires basic Windows administration, data analysis, and programming skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, skilled in communication and teamwork, and has a basic understanding of air quality or chemistry.
