Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Software Strategy Group is seeking a Director to lead innovative engagements in the software sector. You will frame hypotheses, steer workstreams, and collaborate with clients, partners, and consultants to deliver actionable outcomes.

You will work with former CTOs/CEOs, travel as needed, and mentor teams while shaping strategic guidance for software investments and transactions. This role offers a hybrid work model and strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in related work experience or graduate degree with 3+ years.
• MBA or related graduate degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovative engagements in software strategy projects and drive hypotheses.
• Mentor teams, manage workstreams, and serve as bridge between consultants, partners and clients.
• Provide investment and transaction guidance for software clients.
