This Solutions Sales role is part of the Software Solutions Sales Team, focusing on driving our Strategic Solutions within the Banking vertical. The role involves achieving sales success and expanding market presence by selling directly to end-users and through channels, primarily focusing on new business within assigned accounts and regions.

We seek a successful salesperson with an entrepreneurial mindset, a proven track record in SaaS-based software sales, especially in selling large enterprise software products to Tier-1 Banking customers.

Travel requirement: up to 50%.


Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities to meet targets and objectives.
  2. Lead all sales cycle aspects in target accounts, including solution development, negotiations, and closing.
  3. Become an expert in Workcloud Solutions for your accounts and region.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and foster additional business growth.
  5. Handle contracts and agreements, ensuring clear expectations and communication.
  6. Meet and exceed quotas through closing multi-year cloud contracts, including large enterprise ARR deals.
  7. Understand Zebra’s value propositions and how our solutions benefit customers.
  8. Identify and influence key decision-makers and stakeholders within prospects.
  9. Build a strong territory by progressing prospects from suspect to long-term clients.
  10. Engage with prospects regularly in the field.
  11. Align retailer priorities with Zebra solutions and drive projects to closure using a value-based selling approach.
  12. Maintain relationships and close opportunities with leading brands.
  13. Evidence a consistent record of selling high-value SaaS transactions, demonstrating curiosity and tenacity.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  2. 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
  3. Experience in B2B SaaS solutions sales, particularly in Banking and Financial Services.
  4. Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in workforce management SaaS sales.
  2. Ability to develop relationships with C-level executives and close high-value SaaS deals.
  3. Proven success in selling multi-year SaaS contracts with 6-12 months sales cycles.
  4. Skill in penetrating new accounts and creating needs where none exist.
  5. Strong understanding of value-based selling and customer decision-making.
  6. Ability to build business cases and operate autonomously to impact sales outcomes.

Salary Range: USD 110,600 - USD 165,800 annually, with additional incentives based on performance and role specifics.
