Role Description:

This Solutions Sales role is part of the Software Solutions Sales Team, focusing on driving our Strategic Solutions into key customers and partners within the Banking vertical. The role involves achieving sales targets, penetrating markets, and growing our presence through direct and channel sales within assigned accounts and regions.

We seek a successful salesperson with an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong desire to pursue new business, and proven SaaS experience, especially in selling large enterprise software products to Tier-1 Banking clients. Ability to travel up to 50% is required.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities to meet targets and objectives.
  2. Lead all sales cycle aspects in target accounts, including solution development, negotiation, and closing.
  3. Become an expert in Zebra’s Workcloud Solutions for your accounts and region.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
  5. Handle contracts and agreements, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
  6. Achieve individual quotas by closing multi-year cloud contracts, including large enterprise ARR.
  7. Understand Zebra’s value propositions and demonstrate how our solutions deliver value.
  8. Identify and influence key decision-makers and stakeholders within prospects.
  9. Build a strong territory by progressing retailers from suspect to long-term clients.
  10. Engage with prospects regularly in the field.
  11. Align retailer priorities with Zebra solutions and move projects to closure efficiently.
  12. Hold prospects accountable and foster a collaborative, value-driven sales process.
  13. Develop relationships with C-level executives and leading brands.
  14. Sell high-value, multi-year SaaS transactions with a persistent, curious approach.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience
  • Experience in B2B SaaS solutions sales, especially in Banking and Financial Services
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in workforce management SaaS sales
  • Strong credibility with C-level executives and ability to develop strategic relationships
  • Proven success in selling high-value, multi-year SaaS deals with 6-12 month cycles
  • Ability to penetrate new accounts and create needs proactively
  • Passion for value-based selling and understanding customer decision processes
  • Strong business acumen and team-oriented deal closing skills

Compensation:

Salary range: USD 110,600 - USD 165,800 per year. Compensation varies based on location, skills, and experience. Roles are eligible for performance-based incentives, including sales commissions and long-term incentives.
